Installing Remote Picture Server as a service is optional. It makes sense only if you want it always to run regardless the user logged in. In order to process with this installation you need administrator privileges:
Upon success the Install As WindowsNT Service menu item will become disabled and the Uninstall As WindowsNT Service menu item will become enabled.
