Retrieving pictures from the Remote Picture Server

When you want to give access to somebody to your Remote Picture Server do the follows:

1. Determine if the partner is an Intranet or Internet user.
2. Depending on the result click on the My Internet IP or on the My Intranet IP menu. Write down the information that will be displayed.
3. Pass the information above to the partner. If password protection is active also pass the password needed for the access.

When the Remote Picture Server participates in the Picture Directory service (that is, the Picture Directory tab information was completed and saved) Internet access does not need any special action after you gave your partners your email address and the password to access your picture server (if any).
