Allow access to distance calculator:

1. Click on Tools-Internet Options-Security in your Internet Explorer
2. Click on Trusted sites
3. Click on the Sites button
4. Make sure that the Require server verification... checkbox is unchecked
5. Enter to the 'Add this web site to the zone' editing field the following: http://www.direct-print.com/*
6. Click on the Add button
7. Repeat #5 and #6 with the followings: http://redei.dynalias.net/* and http://www.melissadata.com/*
8. Click on the OK button
9. Click on the OK button
