The small real 32-bit DLL can be used from 32 bit programs in Windows'98, '95, 'NT, '2000 and 'ME to convert BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIFF images from one type to another. It also can create thumb images in any of these types, retrieve the dimensions of an image, resize, crop and annotate images.

The DLL does not need registration in the system Registry and it requires no other component.
