Converts BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, ICO, EMF, WMF and TIFF images to BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIFF images in Windows'98, '95, 'ME, 'NT, '2000,  'XP and Vista . It can also resize and crop images in any of these output types. Changes single files or all files in a directory. Adds annotation to images. Free Edit allows on screen rotation, shift, skew, paint, draw, text stamping.

The utility needs no installation. It creates an icon for itself on the desktop. It removes this icon and deletes itself when clicking on the About - Uninstall button.
