Converts BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, ICO, EMF, WMF and TIFF images to BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIFF images in Windows'98, '95, 'ME, 'NT, '2000 and 'XP . It can also resize images in any of these output types. Converts/resizes single files or all files in a directory.

The utility needs no installation. It creates an icon for itself on the desktop. It removes this icon and deletes itself when clicking on the About - Uninstall button.
