I encountered far more problems with using InstallShield for VB6 programs than using the free Package and Deployment Wizard. For some reasons Microsoft did not provide a packager that puts all components into a single executable.

OneStep does that. In addition it also provides the ability to password protect the installation. This is not a password protected zip file. It uses strong encryption.

OneStep does not need any knowledge. The user clicks on it and that's it. The installer also cleans up from any temporary files/folders it created.
